You must be 18+ to commission art or any Fursuit parts from me, a valid ID is required for age verification

 

Payment must be made through Zelle or Paypal, I also accept cash and checks. 

 

I accept short payment plans for fursuits, I am flexible with this to some degree, payment plan options can be discussed after a quote is given and if requested. 

 

To be added to my queue or waiting list, I require a down payment, this will be calculated with a given quote. 

 

I require a reference sheet for fursuit commissions, you will need a fursuit friendly reference of the part(s) you would like commissioned, I offer these by commission as well if needed. I don’t accept any kind of AI generated images as a reference, the commission or quote will be automatically cancelled and I will not continue business with you.

 

Fursuit quotes are $5, these are valid for one year from the date you are informed of the total cost. After the $5 quote payment is received, all materials will be researched to calculate the total material and labor cost. A quote will not expire if a full down payment is received prior to the expiration date but only if commission are open, a down payment consists of the full cost of materials along with a portion of the labor cost. 

 

For fursuits, If you want any revisions to a design after the total cost of a quote is given, you will need to get a new quote for the updated design. 

 

If any fursuit revisions or changes in design are requested once payment is received this will make the previous quote invalid and a new quote will need to be purchased to update the cost.  

 

I will not draw or make anything NSFW. I can draw slightly "suggestive", you must be 18+ with a valid ID for age verification. 

 

For clients, please keep our interactions appropriate, professional, and polite. I will not tolerate any inappropriate actions, behaviors, or statements. If you are upset for any reason about your commission please communicate with me. If my terms have been violated, I have the right to cancel a commission. I have the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

For fursuit commissions, I require an up to date completed reference sheet, if you don’t have one you can always commission me for that. I require a fursuit friendly reference sheet of each part to ensure I have accurate references, if it's for a fullsuit I would need a full character reference as well, I offer these as commissions. 

 

Fursuits and traditional art can be shipped,  picked up, or dropped off locally if in the Southern California area, I am located in western area of Los Angeles. Pick ups or drop offs can either be arranged for a meet or con as well.

 

The prices listed for fursuits are a starting price for labor, material cost will be calculated after quote fee is received, labor cost will go up depending on complexity of character design. Shipping costs will be calculated after the fursuit is completed. 

 

The prices listed for art are a starting price for labor, prices may go up depending on complexity or character design, complexity of background, and if anything is added to the drawing like clothing or props. 

 

No refunds or returns all sales are final, if there is an issue with the fursuit or art please contact me.

A commission will be paused if I do not receive a response from a client for over two weeks from the last date I reached out if I have questions regarding the fursuit or art, I will always reach out to inform a client if work is paused for any reason. A commission will be cancelled if no response is received from a client after one year from the last date I reached out. 

 

I don’t do deadlines for fursuits or art, I can’t guarantee an exact time of completion for any project as it varies depending on complexity of design and my work time availability.

All art and fursuit photos on my website and Instagram are owned by Donut Fox Creations. Do not edit, copy, trace, duplicate, use, or repost in any way. You may only repost art that you commissioned and must give credit to Donut Fox Creations.
